PathWise is run by Mike Hancock, doing business as Silo7 ("Silo7", "we", "us"), in Alabama, United States. For any privacy question, email hello@silo7.app.
The website
This site is static. It sets no tracking cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party advertising scripts. Browsing silo7.app does not build a profile of you.
When you buy
We sell through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle runs the checkout and collects your payment and billing details under its own Privacy Notice. We never see or store your full card details.
To deliver your purchase, we record your name, your email, your order number, and the amount paid. We use this data to send you the engine download and your license file, to give you support, and to keep a record of the sale. To deliver it we use Paddle for payment, an email provider to send your download and license, and a file-hosting provider to host the download.
When you contact us
If you email us, we keep your message and your email address so we can reply and follow up.
What the engine does with your data
PathWise runs on your own machines, in your own environment. It sends no telemetry back to Silo7 and never phones home. When PathWise reasons over a problem, it talks to the AI model and key that you supply, so that investigation data goes to your own AI provider, not to us.
What we never do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not share your data for advertising.
- We do not collect data from the engine running in your environment.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for support, accounting, and tax. You can ask us to access or delete your data by emailing hello@silo7.app. Some records must be kept where the law requires it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we update the date at the top of this page.
