Refund Policy

PathWise is a one-time $349 purchase. Here is how refunds work.

The 14-day window

You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date. We sell through Paddle, our merchant of record, so Paddle reviews and processes refunds. Paddle reviews each request on its own facts, in line with its Refund Policy.

How to request a refund

Email us at hello@silo7.app with your order number, and we will help you start the request. You can also contact Paddle's buyer support directly at paddle.net.

How a refund is paid

If your refund is approved, Paddle returns the money to your original payment method where possible, within 14 days of approval.

After a refund

A refund ends your license to PathWise. You agree to stop using the engine and to delete the copies you hold.

Your local rights

Where the law in your country gives you stronger refund or cancellation rights, those rights still apply on top of this policy.
